For these demanding applications, JosephSan supports advanced industrial microscopy platforms such as the OPTIKA B-1000 MET Series, designed specifically for materials analysis, metallography, electronics inspection, quality assurance, and failure analysis workflows.
The B-1000 MET platform is particularly well-suited for metallographic examination, semiconductor and PCB inspection, coating evaluation, surface defect analysis, and failure analysis.
