JosephSan accepts payments in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for all online purchases, and in United States Dollars (USD) for payments made via bank transfer.

For international customers, online payments may be converted into your local currency by your payment provider, based on their exchange rates and fees. Please note that JosephSan does not control these rates or any additional charges applied by your bank, credit card company, or payment platform.

In short, Online purchases are in SGD; bank transfers are in USD or SGD.

JosephSan requires full advance payment before production, procurement, or shipment begins for all orders.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Purchases (SGD) – Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and PayNow.
  

• Bank Transfers (USD or SGD) – For industrial and commercial orders, we accept direct bank transfers in USD or SGD. Bank details will be provided in your pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Your order will only proceed once payment is received and confirmed in our account.

In short, all orders must be paid in full upfront.

Online: SGD via cards, PayPal, PayNow.

Industrial/commercial: SGD or USD via bank transfer.

Once a Purchase Order has been issued and full payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

• Custom EMS, PCBA, and industrial controller projects – Production and procurement begin immediately after order confirmation, with materials sourced or manufactured specifically for your project.

• Merchandise sold online – Stock is reserved and prepared for dispatch as soon as payment is confirmed.

For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making payment.

In short, no cancellations, no refunds — once paid, your order is locked in and cannot be changed.

• Singapore Customers – JosephSan is not GST-registered with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Therefore, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not charged on your purchase until further notice. If our GST registration status changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

• Overseas Customers (Purchasing from Singapore) – If you are a foreign individual or entity buying goods or services from JosephSan, GST is not applicable, regardless of whether the items are for consumption within or outside Singapore, as we are not GST-registered.

• International Deliveries (Outside Singapore) – Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Customs rules differ across countries, and shipments may be delayed if held by local authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

⚠️Customers are strictly prohibited from reshipping or forwarding JosephSan products to countries or entities under United Nations Security Council sanctions. Such actions may constitute a criminal offence. JosephSan will fully cooperate with the Singapore authorities (MFA, MTI, MHA, Customs) and provide transactional details if required for enforcement.

In short, No GST is charged by JosephSan. For overseas deliveries, buyers are responsible for duties/taxes, and reshipping to sanctioned countries is forbidden and may result in prosecution.

• Industrial/Commercial Customers JosephSan does not provide refunds for EMS/PCBA projects or industrial/commercial orders. Once a purchase order is issued and payment is made, all funds are committed to covering supplier costs, raw materials, and production scheduling. Variation orders (for additions) may be accepted, but subtractions and refunds are strictly prohibited.

• Online Store Customers Orders placed through the online store are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or altered once confirmed. Products are shipped as ordered, with no substitutions allowed.

⚠️Compliance Reminder: In line with Singapore law, United Nations sanctions, and international restrictions, JosephSan does not trade with or ship to sanctioned destinations or Russia. If any order is found to be linked to restricted countries or entities, it will be canceled without refund and reported to the Singapore authorities.

In short, no changes, no refunds, no subtractions. Industrial additions require a variation order; online store purchases are considered final once paid.
